heide museum of modern art

i've been living in melbourne for two and a half years now and until earlier this week, had no idea this place existed or indeed was so close.

the heide museum of modern art is in bulleen, 15 minutes from the cbd.

i was lucky today, on my way into the city i saw a buick exibition at fed. square.

these cars are amazing.

also a couple of pics from around the city later in the day.

i played around with getting a lomo effect on these pics. kinda suits the cars i think.

basically what you get here is a backboard with 650 odd pins and a couple of guide pictures. how hard do you think it would be to convert a wall into one of these?

oh yeah, i hold a tertiary qualification. damn right. my maths rock. i also can now hold 32x more photos on my camera. and that my friend, is awesome. no more wiping images in the hope that a better one will present on the way home.

so, ive been slack. yup. its true. but in an effort to resurrect thy blogness i'm dumping some snaps from the last 4 weeks.

strange things are afoot at circle H

its normal to see gremlins, ghouls, saints and people of historical religious importance poking their heads out of church walls but whats with the ye olde bankers on this church in hawthorn???

moments later i found this outside the hawthorn recreation centre. SWIM OR DIE!
